How to Clean Bearings:

Tug outward on your wheels with a firm grip between your fingers (so you dont drop your wheel!) and set the wheels aside somewhere safe. Unscrew your trucks nuts and take the bearings off. Place them into a small container of rubbing alcohol and swirl/ shake gently. Put your bearings back onto your trucks and screw your nuts back on, now push your wheels back onto the bearing. The plastic core allows a secure ride with easy access to bearings if needed. it Use wax for blunt slides as you would a real skateboard spot as they are grippier and if your pushing down abnormally hard on a rough surface that needs wax theres a possibility they will slip off as intended to clean bearings.
